Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Fanestil Sausage, cooked and drained (available at Fanestil Fresh Local Market)
  • 2 lb Shredded hash browns
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup Sliced celery, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup Sliced carrots, thinly sliced
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz Cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mix all in crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours
