- 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Fresh Salmon Filets
- Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper
Mix ingredients together to make a paste, using salt and pepper to your taste.
Apply mixture totop of Salmon filets.
Bake salmon filets in 400-degree oven for 20 minutes.
