  • baking sheet, casserole dish or stoneware


  • 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard 
  • 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans  
  • 1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Fresh Salmon Filets
  • Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper


  • Mix ingredients together to make a paste, using salt and pepper to your taste.
  • Apply mixture totop of Salmon filets.  
  • Bake salmon filets in 400-degree oven for 20 minutes.
